remembering rooney
with rooney in her final weeks after what has been a rapid and unexpected decline in her health as a result of inoperable, treatment-resistant colon cancer, i felt i needed a place to archive her energy, her beauty, her joy, and her kindness. beloved by all who have been lucky enough to behold her excellence, she means so much to me, and the inevitability of her loss is crushing. i love her more than words could possible express.
